Chapter 1
Strangers becoming friends. He takes one step forward, she takes one step back. To afraid of the unknown. He only looks forward, she can't help looking back. She had her share of shattered hearts. He had his share of love running away. He takes one further step not knowing if it is something he's going to regret. She stays a while but soon the past takes over and she runs back to square one...
Chapter 2
He stops approaching not knowing her intentions. He tries to calm down his beating heart. But she's all in his head. She's on her own wondering about his intentions. Is he the exception. Too afraid of the unknown she stays in the safe zone. If they only knew that their thoughts always stays together. But their actions keep them apart. They both belive in love but find it hard to belive each other. Oh, If they only knew.
Chapter 3
It's hard to sleep sometimes she even finds it hard to breath. He knows what his heart holds in but she's to far away to reach it. She knows what her heart holds in but she's to afraid to flaunt it. He looks into her eyes then realize that she's worth the gamble. He will put his heart at stake, ask her to stay for a while. She looks into his eyes and realize that he has the purest heart she will ever find.
Chapter 4
So he goes all in. Ready to get hurt but more in for the loving. He believes that one hour of love is worth one year of sorrow. But deep down, something tells him that she's the exception he's been waiting for. He believes and hopes for her doing the same. She's afraid. Her heart is longing for his but her mind keeps reminding her of the past. Will this last. It's hard to see clearly when her eyes gets blurry with tears. Why won't her heart and her mind co-operate.
Chapter 5
He is ready, standing steady. His mind is confused but his heart makes a louder noise. From now on he wont take one step forward. He will run towards her, hoping to be able to stay only, when he's in her arms. She knows that she will loose it all if she doesn't step forward. It's time to meet him in the middle. Or they will be the greatest story never told.
Chapter 6
So he runs towards her. He's mind is screaming and demanding him to slow down. His friends does the same. But he turns deaf. The only thing he hears this moment, is his heartbeat, beating harder and faster for every step. She slowly takes a careful step. She's afraid. But her heart has become brave.
Chapter 7
They finally meet in the middle. His heart is beating so hard it makes it hard to speak. He has so much to say but he can't utter a word. She takes one step forward and look him in his eyes. Then slowly she starts to cry. He's standing still and is about to wipe her tears away. Ask her what her heart holds in.
- I love you. Is the only words he manages himself to speak. It's chaos inside his head. Was that the right thing to stay or did he get ahead of himself. No. The words came from the bottom of his believing heart and he would tell them again. And again.
Chapter 8.
She takes his hand and put it on her heart. Silence. The first time he feels her skin. He closes his eyes, trying to forever keep this moment inside his heart.
She opens her mouth. His heart suddenly skips a beat. Hoping she's about to say that the feeling is mutual.
- I'm sorry.
Chapter 9
She turns around and starts to walk away. She already regrets what she just did. To afraid of falling, instead she lets her tears fall.
He looks at her back while she's waling away. His head starts to spin. This is not how it was supposed to be. Tears are falling down. He dries them away. He's mind is made up. He will go all in.
Chapter 10
He runs after her, runs so fast that it feels like his flying. He wont let her run away. Not this time.
He catches her, her beautiful face is drowning in tears.
Now he takes her hand and put it on his heart.
- Don't do this to us. Stay with me I promise to handle your pain. Stay with me and let us become 1.
She doesn't move. She finally gives in.
And this is... the story about 2 souls becoming 1.
