My canvas.

It's like
having a paintbrush in your hands. A pallet with beautiful colors.
In front of you there is a big white canvas ready to be painted on.
And you have the most intense and beautiful vision inside your head, aiming to get it that beautiful on the canvas as well.
But when you start to paint. The brush doesn't always co-operate and the colors mix making you frustrated for not getting that shade of red or black as you were hoping for.
You try for hours and weeks to get it right. Paint frequently as you focus on your vision inside.
A little more of green on this spot. A spot here and a klick there. A little more shades on the shade on the canvas. Your getting closer but your still not satisfied. You continue to paint.
After hours , weeks of painting. You put the last touch of you on the canvas. A little last touch of love with your brush.
And your done.

But as you take a couple of steps back. You'll find something else. You will see something else. The picture's changed. You were standing to close to see the big picture.
This doesn't look like the vision, the image inside your head does it?
But take an carefull look on that vision inside.
As your painting changed, hasn't your vision changed a bit? It has, hasn't it?
That's why you couldn't paint your vision and make it freeze on the canvas.
Visions change, paintings don't.
So don't paint it but go live it.
Paint feelings instead of visions.
Feelings are like colors.
They mix up an create shades of new colors when they get combined.
Today
I'll paint my canvas red.
Tomorrow it might be painted with black.
But red and black does make a good match.
